What you'll do

Our Recruitment Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for the Firm's new talent. This is a great opportunity to build broad Human Resources experience in a global organization with mentorship from experienced colleagues. In this role, you will:

Partner closely with our Legal department to draft and prepare offer letters and contract amendments

Manage background check process

Support the new hire onboarding process

Act as main point of contact for recruitment teams across the Firm

Serve as a point person for all new employee questions

Maintain current HR files and databases and respond to reporting requests?

Provide support in other areas of HR as needed

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of experience

Demonstrated ability in problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multi task multiple responsibilities

Initiative, innovation and willingness to be a team player

Attention to detail

Analytical skills

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work task

Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
