NPP is transforming global payments through services which range from national payments infrastructures to cutting-edge anti-fraud solutions.The role will oversee security engagement in new business development across New Payment Platforms globally. The Business Security Officer, Vice President will be core to the interface between external stakeholders, security and commercial teams leading security solution and design.Responsibilities• Responsible for supporting security across the international infrastructure, software and services.• A global role responsible for overseeing security interfaces and support for the business development and solution development activity within New Payment Platforms.• Oversee the delivery of customer specific security requirements in commercial opportunities, enable the articulating of solutions and/or milestones necessary to enable a winning engagement.• Leads the team in the design, solution and costing of new and existing security capabilities and manage the interlocks to ensure security aligns operationally capabilities to market requirements.• Oversees the input of customer and regulatory requirements into security service descriptions and deliver teams to maintain customer excellence.• Lead engagement with internally and external stakeholders to understand, articulate requirements and deliver appropriate customer documentation, commercial information for new and existing customers with new requests / requirements.• Contribute to the vision and roadmap of security in NPP bringing new ideas into the overall security strategy.All About You• Demonstrated effectiveness working in a global environment.• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills necessary for interaction with business leaders and teams across all levels of the organization• Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individuals with varying technical expertise across the organization.• Experience of business development including articulating security processes and procedures to external stakeholders.• Demonstrated experience building customer relationships, partnering with and influencing external stakeholders.• Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex Security projects / function with many dependencies and stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teams.• Good understanding of information security controls for various computing environments and applications including experience with ISO 27001.• Experience with software application development and/or application security background; solid knowledge of SDLC; application security, vulnerability testing and risk management.• Experience in payments is a bonus.Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
